All tickets include our Grand Dinner and a delightfully entertaining evening of music and comedy.
OVER THE PHONE

If you need to make a change later to your reservation and your tickets are in the box office, you can simply call us and make the change over the phone. For this reason, we don’t normally mail tickets. You can pick up your tickets at the box office on the night of the show.

REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds; however, if you call at least 48 hrs before the performance we can exchange your tickets for another performance. If you have your tickets in hand you must bring them to the box office no later than 48 hrs prior to your scheduled date to exchange them for another performance. We can give you an in-house credit to use at a later date. When you want to use it, simply give us a call.

CHILD POLICY

All of our shows are intended for the whole family; however, we do not recommend it for children under 5 years old and we do not allow infants and toddlers. Everyone who attends the performance must have a paid seat. We have found from past experience that most small children must be taken out frequently during the show and this can be quite frustrating for the parent, the child and those other patrons sitting around you.

Must be 16 to apply. Must be hardworking, dependable and a team player. Must have a neat, clean, professional appearance. Part-time evenings and matinees. 12-20 hours per week. Great for students.

Silver Star’s box office
Must be 18 to apply. Must be hardworking, dependable and a team player. Must have a neat, clean, professional appearance. Evenings and daytime options. Provides outstanding guest service at Silver Star’s box office by answering questions, selling tickets, and helping patrons.

Are your shows suitable for children?

All of our shows are intended for the whole family; [May include PG-13 comedy] however, we do not recommend it for children under 5 years old and we do not allow infants and toddlers.

Can you hold tickets for me and I will pay cash for the tickets when I get there?

Only group reservation (20+) can be made in advance without payment. For all other tickets, full payment is due when making reservation.

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets may be purchased over the phone with a credit card, or at the box office with cash or a credit card. Unfortunately, we no longer accept personal checks.

What kind of show is this?

We delight you with a Vegas-quality dinner and variety show. You get a delicious dinner, served buffet-style, and a show for one low price! You can expect excellent music and some comedy material [PG-13]. We showcase Rock, Country, Big Band, Pop, and just about anything you can imagine. Be sure to catch one of our four hit shows: Variety Show Spectacular, Malt Shop Memories, Solid Gold Rock ’n Roll, and Great Big Country Jamboree. Don’t miss our foot-stopping holiday show A Silver Star Christmas. We also have special menus and shows for New Year’s Eve and Valentine’s Day.

What is a group reservation?

Groups of 20 or more can get a discount. Visit our box office, call at 480-288-0300 x206 or email the theater at [email protected] for more information.

Can we bring food in with us to watch the show?

Bringing outside food or drink is not permissible. A full delicious buffet is offered prior to the show and is included in the ticket price. Beverages not included.

WhWill yu donate tickets to our charitable organization or company function?

You will need to send your request in writing on your organization’s letterhead [We do not accept requests by fax, email, or in person.] We consider requests on a case-by-case basis. The Silver Star Theater receives multiple requests each week for charitable donations. We regret that we are not able to honor every request. Requests need to mailed to our Utah office at: 4861 S. State St. Murray, UT 84107. [Call the box office for more information.]

If we pay for tickerts but are unable to use them, can we get a refund?
